Is your dress code discriminatory?

Most employers adopt some form of dress code or standard of personal presentation for employees. How strictly this code is applied could be a cause of controversy, as the recent case brought by law student, Riam Dean, against her former employer, Abercrombie & Fitch, illustrates.
