Disaster Planning: UK is 10th Worst Terror Target

    Britain is ranked 10th in the world for vulnerability to a terrorist attack, according to the Global Terrorism Index reported by Norwich Union. The World Markets Research Centre, who carried out the report, also ranked the US fourth behind Colombia, Israel and Pakistan.
