Most impressions of an organisation’s buildings are formed in one of three key public spaces – loos, lifts and lobbies. These are the places you get a chance to win crucial ground in the battle for the hearts and minds (and wallets) of your customers, suppliers, employees and whoever else happens to find themselves on your premises.
