Religious belief in the workplace

What is a religious belief? The term religion is defined by the Oxford Dictionary as ‘belief in existence of a superhuman controlling power, usually expressed in worship.’ It’s a term that leaves much uncertain, and doesn’t specify that the ‘superhuman controlling power’ has to be one that’s well recognised and accepted by the masses – such as Jesus Christ and Christianity.
