HIV: Discrimination at work

Although not strictly an issue relating to sex and sexual orientation discrimination, protection against HIV discrimination is related to the sex discrimination laws, because of the fact that the greater proportion of sufferers of HIV are homosexual men. Thus, although this type of discrimination is covered by the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA), it is also relevant to discuss it from the discrimination angle.
