Unfair dismissal qualifying period and tribunal fees

    Jayn Bond, Head of Human Resources at Workplace Law, discusses the recent announcement that the qualification period for the right to claim unfair dismissal will be extended from to one to two years and the implications this will have for employers and employees. She will also talk abut the proposals to introduce fees for employees bringing tribunal claims against employers.
