Employment Act: New Policies Launched

The Workplacelaw Network has published three new model employment policies designed to help employers comply with the new provisions of the Employment Act 2002.

There are two new policies, on maternity and paternity rights, and the best-selling model Employment Contract has been reissued to take account of the new provisions under the Act.
