    Print friendly version

The British Standards Institute (BSI), in conjunction with the Business Continuity Institute, (BCI) has just published a guide which clearly establishes the process, principles and terminology of business continuity management (BCM).

The new guidance describes the activities and outcomes involved in establishing a BCM process and provides recommendations for good practice. It provides a generic BCM framework for incident anticipation and response and describes evaluation techniques and criteria.

To purchase a copy of PAS 56 Guide to business continuity management (£52.00 or half price to members of the BSI), telephone the BSI customer services on 0208 996 9001 or write to BSI Customer Services, 389 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 4AL.
