Data Protection Guidance Published

New guidance has been published by the Workplacelaw Network to help employers comply with their obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998. The model Data Protection Policy, compiled by top London law firm Magrath & Co, sets out clear guidelines for the collection, processing, transfer and retention of personal data.
