THE man who murdered former Salisbury City steward Paula Poolton has lost his case for unfair dismissal against Royal Mail.
Roger Kearney, 57, who is serving a minimum of 15 years behind bars, claimed his human rights were breached when he was sacked from his van driver’s job six months before he was convicted of stabbing to death his lover, Mrs Poolton, 40, and dumping her body in her car.
