According to news reports yesterday, a former employee at a firm of Birmingham lawyers has reached an out-of-court settlement in a dispute over the way she dressed for work.
Johanna Battista, a 32-year old legal secretary at solicitors Garner Canning, resigned from the firm and claimed constructive dismissal, sex discrimination and a breach of her employment rights.
