Six white officers from the Metropolitan police's territorial support group (TSG) have submitted an employment tribunal claim for racial discrimination, it has been reported.
In a 2007 incident, one of the officers (PC Mark Jones) was accused of physically and verbally attacking two teenagers. The other five officers were alleged to have been involved in covering up the attack.
Jones and the six officers on the patrol were found not guilty at a trial in November last year.
