Tool to assess fitness for workforce ageing launched

The Age and Employment Network  (TAEN)  has launched a free tool that enables employers to assess their current and future workforce needs in readiness for the challenges of the ageing population.

The tool is based on a model produced by AARP, a US-based membership organisation for the over 50s. It has been used by some 2,000 US employers since its launch in 2008.
