The Government has published draft Regulations containing proposals banning discrimination in connection with employment and vocational training on the grounds of religion and sexual orientation, extending the prohibition against race and disability discrimination and updating Equal Pay requirements. The proposals don’t just apply to employees but extend to contract and agency workers, office holders, partnerships and students in relation to further and higher education.
