£4m discrimination claim by City worker rejected

    A City executive’s claims for £4m compensation for sex and disability discrimination and unfair constructive dismissal have been dismissed by the Central London Employment Tribunal.

    Jordan Wimmer had accused her boss, Mark Lowe, of bringing female escorts to meetings and discussing sexual fantasies with her at hedge fund firm, Nomos Capital. She also alleged that he hired a hitman to kill her.
