Six in every seven people think that the right to a smoke-free working environment outweighs the right of people to smoke, according to new survey results from Action on Smoking and Health (ASH).

ASH conducted the survey to attract attention to the second anniversary of the Government receiving formal advice from its experts to control passive smoking at work with an Approved Code of Practice (AcoP). Marsha Williams of ASH said: 'Two years of Government dithering hasn’t changed people’s basic understanding that they have a right to work in a smoke-free environment.'"
