Employers reminded of redundancy rules after worker receives £12,000 compensation

    A worker who was refused redundancy pay after he was made redundant as a train driver has been awarded £12,000 in compensation.

    Stephen Morgan from Newport and a colleague were told they were being made redundant from their jobs as train drivers for DB Schenker Rail UK Ltd in 2008.
