A High Court on Friday (19 February) ruled that changes to staff pay and conditions brought in by British Airways (BA) last year were not unlawful and can remain in place.
The union Unite had claimed it was not consulted properly, and said the changes including freezing pay and cutting crew on long-haul flights, were imposed.
