Unite questions BA’s strike cover

Unite, the union, has written to Lord Adonis, Transport Secretary, to ask that he investigates British Airways' plans to deploy cabin crew volunteers during a strike.  The union says the “rushing through” of “fast-tracked, undertrained” volunteers could compromise safety standards.
