This week the Court of Appeal will decide whether the High Court was correct in the case of Gibb v. Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust.
Mrs Gibb was employed as the CEO of the Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. Following outbreaks of the 'super bug' C.difficile at hospitals she managed, Mrs Gibb was forced to leave.
