Hangovers are most common reason for sickies

A new survey has found that employees are most likely to pull a sickie on a Monday or Friday, with the most popular reason being a hangover.

 

The research by recruitment company review site, HireScores, found that Monday was the day that most people were likely to pull a sickie, with one in three admitting that they would be more inclined to call in ill on this day.
