Workplace discrimination concerns students and graduates

Ethnic discrimination has been singled out by students and recent graduates as the most frequent reason for being isolated by employers and colleagues.

 

The survey of over 100 users of graduate recruitment service Milkround.com also found the banking and finance industry to be viewed as the most prone to discrimination.
