BA to appeal ruling on staff based in Hong Kong

    British Airways (BA) has confirmed that it will appeal against a recent decision which said it must apply UK law to its Hong Kong-based female cabin crew.

     

    BA dismisses its female Hong Kong-based crew without a pension when they turn 45, while their counterparts based in the UK can retire with a pension at 60.
