Corporate manslaughter trial due to continue

The first corporate manslaughter trial is set to continue today after it was adjourned earlier in the week for legal arguments.

Peter Eaton and his company, Cotswold Geotechnical Holdings Ltd, are being jointly charged in the UK's first prosecution under the 2007 Corporate Manslaughter Act.
