Brown alleged bullying scandal: a warning to employers

In the wake of this week’s allegations against Prime Minister Gordon Brown, bullying in the workplace is firmly back on the agenda. Solicitors Oxley and Coward is reminding employers of the legal implications of failing to tackle the issue.
