Charity's Helpline accused of breaching confidentiality

    A patron of the National Bullying Helpline has quit, saying the charity’s founder breached confidentiality by saying that Downing Street staff had used the helpline.

    Professor Cary Cooper, a workplace stress expert, announced his departure today after its head, Christine Pratt, told the BBC that several people in the prime minister's office had contacted the anti-bullying charity in recent years. She later said that none of the calls were about Gordon Brown.
