Employee loses appeal in BA crucifix case

    The Court of Appeal has upheld a previous decision that a British Airways employee, who worked at a customer counter, was not indirectly discriminated against on the grounds of her religion when her employer insisted the cross worn on her neckline be concealed by her uniform.
