The Court of Appeal has upheld a previous decision that a British Airways employee, who worked at a customer counter, was not indirectly discriminated against on the grounds of her religion when her employer insisted the cross worn on her neckline be concealed by her uniform. It was not a requirement of her religion that she should do so, and BA’s uniform policy prohibited the visible wearing of such items.
