HSE statistics “skewed” say campaigners

Campaign groups have this week said that HSE statistics on deaths and accidents at work are “skewed” and do not give an accurate representation of the number of people killed and injured at work.

Hazards Campaign welcomed the decision of the Government to formally recognise Workers Memorial Day. However, it said the move was not enough. Hilda Palmer of the Hazards Campaign said:
