IoD urges caution over flexible working

The Institute of Directors (IoD) has cautioned against “falling into the trap”  of assuming that all flexible working arrangements are beneficial to both employers and employees.

 

The warning is in response to a new report published by Opportunity Now, the gender equality campaign at Business in the Community.
