Calls for better paternity rights

A new report, launched today by the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC), has called for fathers to be given more paternity leave and for it to be better paid.

The report, launched to coincide with Parents’ Week, finds that British men want to take a more active role in caring for their children but that four in ten fathers say they spend too little time with their children.
