Employment Tribunals

The Employment Tribunals are less formal than the other Courts of England and Wales. The idea is that anybody can bring or defend a claim, without necessarily seeking legal advice. That said, employment issues are notoriously complex, particularly where discrimination is alleged and in such cases legal advice is likely to be needed.
