Mandatory equality audits needed to close pay gap

Following the publication of the Equality and Human Rights Commission's (EHRC) 'Finance Sector Inquiry' yesterday, the union Unite has called for mandatory equality audits.

 

Yesterday’s EHRC report revealed that women in some of the UK’s leading finance companies receive around 80% less in performance-related pay than male colleagues.
