According to a major new report by the CBI, employers are continuing to invest in training, while exploring more tailored and innovative ways of ensuring employee development and learning. Employment Trends 2009, Work Patterns in the Recession, by the CBI and recruitment experst Harvey Nash reveals two thirds (66 percent) of firms are targeting their training more effectively.
