BIFM announces head office restructure

The British Institute of Facilities Management is overhauling its staff structure and making several key appointments including the creation of a new Chief Operating Officer position, new heads of business units and changed roles for BIFM's executive directors.

The new management and staff structure took effect from 15th June 2009, although some changes will be phased in.
