A new survey of nearly 1,000 business leaders, carried out by the Institute of Directors (IoD), reveals that despite the recession, training has been maintained or even increased in eight out of ten organisations over the last six months.
Nearly nine out of ten directors said that their business planned at least to maintain investment in training over the next six months too.
