Businesses using strike loophole by hiring agency workers

Businesses are exploiting a loophole in the law that bans the supply of strike-breakers by employment agencies, says Thompsons Solicitors.

The legal firm alleges that agency staff are being switched from their normal duties in order to do work undertaken by employees on strike to get round the legislation.
