Firms still unaware of Corporate Manslaughter implications

    Research released today by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH)  highlights that businesses' understanding of the possible implications of a prosecution under the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act is worryingly low.
