New assessment tool could help flag up prejudiced staff

A new online assessment tool has been released which could measure individuals’ prejudices and also the likelihood of them behaving in a discriminatory fashion on the basis of age, disability, ethnic origin, gender or sexual orientation.

Dr Pete Jones, a Chartered Psychologist and a Chartered Scientist has developed the psychometric tests for Hogrefe, a psychometrics publisher.
