Increased holidays – the facts

    As of last week, the minimum statutory entitlement to paid holiday increased from 24 days to 28 days. In response to comments from Workplace Law members, and a plethora of forum comments, Katy Meves from Shoosmiths sets out employers’ responsibilities below.
