Victory for employers of offshore oil and gas workers

Employers of UK offshore oil and gas workers yesterday celebrated the decision made by the Employment Appeal Tribunal that the time off work enjoyed by offshore workers – typically 26 weeks a year – more than meets the minimum legal amount of annual leave that they are entitled to.
