Policy of recruiting only young air traffic controllers deemed unlawful

A Tribunal has deemed the practice by National Air Traffic Services (NATS) of setting a maximum age limit of 35 years for new air traffic controllers is unlawful under the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006.
