Tribunal leaves disability charity with huge legal bill

    A disability charity deemed to have unfairly dismissed former Chief Executive, Judith Oliver, has paid out almost £60,000 in lawyers' fees after unsuccessfully defending its claim.

    Disability Action Yorkshire, based in Harrogate, provides a range of services to help people with learning disabilities and learning difficulties to access opportunities.
