Union warns retail chain against widespread redundancies

    High Street giants Marks & Spencer (M&S) have received a stern warning that they could face a string of Employment Tribunals if they announce a huge number of redundancies when new financial figures are released tomorrow (7 Jan).

    The company has refused to comment on a report that they are poised to announce more than 1,000 job losses across their stores and in head office.
