Lewis Hamilton's 'bully' boss branded a racist at Employment Tribunal

Lewis Hamilton's boss has been branded a racist and a bully during an Employment Tribunal.

McLaren chief Ron Dennis, who discovered the motor racing champion, was accused of once saying that he needed to wash his hands after 'shaking hands with Arabs all day'.
