Former court boss settles unfair dismissal claim

The former head of Sunderland Magistrates' Court has settled his unfair dismissal claim with the Ministry of Justice.

Stephen Rowbottom was one of three court officers arrested as part of an investigation into fraud in the accounts, and suspended more than 18 months ago.
