With the Christmas party season about to get into full swing, employers need to be aware of potential problems which can be caused by these events, and ways in which risks can be lessened.The clear danger of office parties is that of employees who get a little too much into the party spirit, and cause offence to other employees.  In extreme cases, this can be classed as harassment (whether sexual or racial), and employers must be aware that they can be held responsible for these actions....
