Updated guidance on waste duty of care published

Environmental advice website Netregs has this week published updated guidance which covers who is authorised to handle waste from your business and what documents you should ask to see.

This updated guidance is for businesses that import, produce, store, treat or dispose of waste. It is also for businesses that transfer waste to others to deal with on their behalf.
