Employers embracing worker wellbeing over other issues?

    Lifestyle initiatives aimed at improving the lives of workers, such as free fruit or gym membership, are being embraced by employers, while the problem of staff shortages, long hours and excessive workloads are being increasingly ignored, an expert has claimed.
