Managers can affect heart disease, research suggests

    The way managers manage their staff could have an impact on the rate of heart disease suffered by their staff, according to Swedish researchers.

    The research, which will be published in the journal Occupational and Environmental Medicine, showed that the more competent staff reported their boss to be, the less risk they were at from heart disease.
