Print company pays out £140,000 after worker fall

    Unite the union is calling for businesses to make sure staff are fully aware of the health and safety risks when they are carrying out unfamiliar tasks or using machinery that’s new to them.

    The call follows a print company reviewing its safety procedures after paying out £140,000 in compensation to an injured worker.
